@@mattkulma6115 you need all parts to assemble a weapon, or use 'Non-genuine parts' to substitute for missing pieces. The pure assembly won't trigger if you use a non-genuine part. However, a weapon can be pure assembled later, with the player who did so benefitting from the effect.

Let me make some friends, and then we can do a playthrough. But yes, that is the plan.
