For those that didn't obtain barchelors degree in science courses earlier, i mean those of us that obtained degrees in courses like Business Administration and co, can we apply for the 4 years Medical program ? 2. Can people who study Medicine and Surgery in Phillipine practice in Nigeria, i mean can they be licenced by the Nigerian medical board?

bureaucracy in the Philippines is one way government employees earn extra. For example applying for non prof driver's license the online exams are made difficult on purpose so we pay extra behind the scenes just to pass. don't mind the sensitive people, your complaints are valid and experienced by locals too.
