lol this is a horrible flip/investment property built in a dump. Look at google streetview and you can see it was just a forest patch that they built this ugly black/white house on. No one wants to live in a swamp wasteland where your neighbors dont even have fences, sidewalks, or cash. Land sold for $120k in 2018 (forest) and then this house was sold for $1.5million April 2024. No one wants to live in a dump like this 30miles from anything in a swamp.

Ok Gated, private, pool and land. The interior could look even better with a little cosmetic up grade using paint and decor to take it up notch. This has potential. The land is nice wonder if it's buildable?
