what you just described that was happening to you, is what I've been dealing with since I was 16 years old, I'm 33 now. Not one doctor could tell me wtf was wrong or what could be causing those episodes, the exact symptoms you explain is your video. I'm going to look into this & talk to my doctor about this possibility. Thank you ever so much for posting this video of your amazing partner helping you & showing his love for you. Thank you, thank you, you have no idea how much this might have helped me 🧡🩷💛

But decided to go to the bathroom to wash my face because i started remembering what i did see in the past i walked in looked at the mirror to the sink and then woke up to four nurses on the floor with me laughing saying i told you or i knew it i said how i seen so much more worse then this and i was OK even my ex was laughing at me saying we heared you drop

In these situations always try to lie down as soon as possible and put your feet up , so that the blood flow to your brain is increased and you will most likely even prevent the pass out. That's what your body normally wants to achieve when you pass out and it's a defense mechanism. And don't forget , even the biggest guys in the gym experience this and there's no reason to be ashamed of it.

I really recommend looking into medical medium protocols in the cleanse to heal book. My sis and I have gone through the same health conditions and even thought everyone is different I think it’ll really help you ❤

Aaand this is why I don’t work out anymore. I haven’t had anything happen when i DID work out but after my POTS symptoms truly developing and worsening, I’m not going to risk working out when simply doing the dishes makes me collapse.

I remember fainting once I was showing and it was to hot in there so I slowly felt dizzy and lowered myself to the point I really couldn't stand but I felt the cool draft of air under the door and it helped snap me out of it I believe I was 16 at that time

I have the same thing except I don't faint or pass out. For me my legs give out, breathing becomes hard, heart starts racing, blood pressure starts dropping, my body starts to ache, my vision gets blurred and lastly my speech starts to splur and not make sense. I was diagnosed with POTS a few years back. I've had these episodes happen for so many years but never told anyone until my parents finally saw it happen. I never knew something was wrong. Once we realized something was wrong, I had every test and exam run on me. But everything always came back fine. It almost looked like nothing was wrong. Until I ended up in so much excruciating pain one evening and was rushed to the ER. My dad was panicking and scared even though he could usually diagnose us easily. My dad is a doctorsnd even he didn't know what was wrong with me. Where they filled me up with tons of water. At that point, it felt like my body was shutting down. But they didn't know what was wrong with me either. Finally, we saw a cardiologist who said I had a very rare and different case of POTS than most people. So they monitor it, but I won't have to take medicine for it unless it gets worse. Although I am limited to what I can because of my medical episodes.

Reminds me of this time in elementary school my class was standing on front of the risers (they’re like these plastic steps for anyone who doesn’t know) and our music teacher was leading us in breathing excersizes and idk if it was because I locked my knees, or wasn’t breathing properly, or what but I remember I suddenly lost sensation of my body and everything was spinning and I forgot where I was. It felt like I was in a dream and I remeber thinking ‘if I close my eyes I’ll wake up’ so I closed my eyes and felt myself falling and then I snapped out of it when I hit my shoulder and head on the risers 😬 My music teacher went “Did you just…faint?” And then he walked over, stood me up, and made me wave my arms over my head for some reason. I remeber i was crying because I was so embarrassed 🤣😭

Passed out once at the gym - massive ringing in my ears and literally like the end of a movie shrinking to black I fell limp. Lasted seconds but thankfully a caring gym community gathered and I was sitting upright, had water and firmly was told to eat a power bar and told shared a breathing meditation ❤ was so thankful, stay aware of your surroundings and yourself

Never go to the gym and work out when you have things like this happen. I over heated myself for years. Found out that I have a high cholesterol disorder that I inherited. It makes me have high blood pressure and I am at risk for a heart attack and also have high anxiety disorder. Do spurts of exercise for 10 minutes maybe 3 times a day. It will boost your Irisin and help throughout the day, plus a nice balanced meal plan. Don’t over do it!

Team pills first but when I’m drinking the water (usually from something with a straw), I tilt my chin down so all the pills have nowhere else to go but down.

I fainted butt naked in the hallway of my apartment by the back door and woke up to my grandma stood over me 😭 I had called her when the episode got really bad and then tried to crawl to my bedroom so that I wouldn’t injure myself in the bathroom / save myself the embarrassment of fainting naked and being found. Neither worked 😂

I’m pretty sure she has a condition called POTS. It’s when simple things make you feel light headed and lose blood pressure and it makes you faint. Some people have it in different ways, some extreme and some not as often.
