A cover of "I Should Have Known Better" by The Beatles from A Hard Day's Night (1964). We would have loved to perform this together live but there are six instruments and only two of us. So we hope you enjoy our go at playing, mixing, and mastering this track! We wanted to stay as true to the original as possible which was a fun challenge. Hope you give it a listen and that it makes ya feel goo...
Listening to it again, about a year later. Although you might be accused of possibly slow start, you literally and figuratively pick up steam and gain momentum. Again, super rendition. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you read the history of this song. Remarkable. The song is really a break up song to Pattie Boyd, yet George hadn't even proposed to her yet. Her affair w/Clapton was nothing but just desserts for her, as her marriage to EC was short-lived.

Hey, it takes courage to do what you've done. You didn't just cover it, you gave it your own personal touches (a slight accelerando on the end of the bridges, and a slight crescendo). I was skeptical, but I'm quite impressed.

Stumbled upon this again. Brought me right back to 1964. Wonderful song, wonderful singing. Liked the little vocal trills I guess you call them. Brings some sort of satisfying resolution to the melody. Thanks, again!!
