We are a Machine Vision integrator. We work primarily with Cognex, but have experience with dozens of other systems as well. Our specialties include Date/Lot Code Verification, Label Verification, Inspection, Guidance, and Quality Control.

How to backup and/or restore your Cognex InSight vision system. Cognex uses multiple files, so saving just the .job file is not enough. There are separate files that among other things control your I/O and contain your camera's IP address. It can be a little tricky to restore these settings to a new camera. This video steps you through the process.

The Cognex InSight Vision system has the option of using a Vision View Operator Interface. However, you usually can't reprogram the vision system from Vision View. Using a Wizard, a standard tool in InSight, you can quickly reprogram your system to run a new product in a few seconds.
