About careers, the child interest matters, for me the right question to ask should be what problem do you want to solve rather than who do you want to be. This is because the world is rapidly changing and what you think matters now, may most likely not matter in another 5 years. What's important is learning values, interpersonal skills, and maximising the gifts of God in their lives to the fullest to meet the needs of their generation.
