How Does Cell Free DNA Testing Aid Heart Transplant Rejection Monitoring?
Dr Deshpande's pioneering research on cell-free DNA testing in heart transplants, supported by NIH, aims to detect organ rejection non-invasively. The multi-site clinical validation using the PROSPERA assay, has shown strong performance metrics in detecting acute rejection in both adult and pediatric cohorts. Noninvasive dd-cfDNA technology such as ProsperaTM may reduce the need for surveillance biopsies and enhance the standard of post-transplant care.

I have heard two people with chronic fatigue syndrome where low dose naltrexone did not work. Perhaps they have a different malfunction. (They each tried ultra low doses, (starting with the liquid form so they could take 0.02) for a few weeks, and when no effect, increased their dose. Finally when they reached about 10 mg They concluded it was just not for them).
