    A crop not often grown in my area, a few farmers grow it one year, then miss for a year or two, never under sewn. Corn harvest wasnt my favourite time, some loved it, I didnt, bloody itching, always choked up with dust, barley horns in my socks........yuk....

  • @andyhutch8262
    @andyhutch8262 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Done plenty of that before retiring, we used Bailey trailers, 2 axle & 1.25 tonne Welvent boxes, 10 on a load, if we had 1 tonne boxes on, we had 12 on, like yours we too had rear pushers. Our trailers didnt have a side platform to stand on, as for levelling heaped up spuds, we had a few Polish fork lift operators, bounce box a few times soon levelled box, mad bugger at times, but a good lot tbh, always at the ready to give anyone a hand.

      Before in the Netherlands we had this massive building project of greenhouses in the 80’s this used to happen for Leek, Strawberries, Sprouts even Potato’s. The bedding seems extremely extremely excessive in this video but it was the same principle.
