So , first of all : you did great on your story telling. You kept the story going, not screwing things up… concluding a story isnt easy especially if you talk to “yourself” . Second : it is their job. Bur still thankful they stopped and helped you and went to talk with her. So everyone was going to stay safe. Third : that’s just crazy. Fine, I am going to start from here.

I live in a state where lane splitting is legal. I don't lane split often at speed, yet do at times when it appears safe. At a traffic light when the cars are stationary, I lane split as often as possible. Law enforcement on bikes in this state lane split on the regular. If I see law enforcement in a car and there is a lane splitting opportunity, I definitely will do it in that situation. I also believe @HlfBakedTrades offers me some great food for thought.

If I call my mom at work and she puts me on hold, I will make her put me back on hold when she comes back because I’m never done with this song 🤘🏻

I've noticed over the years, the "occasional riders" behave way worse on the road then people who are out riding everyday. The daily riders understand that we don't want issue with other drivers. I pretty much ride alone all the time because all the people I know with bikes act like hooligans. I have one of the only fully green ninja's in my area, so I know my bike is easy to spot, and it's a supersport, so I'll be the one they'll be mad at forever. I make it a point to try and set the example and have good interactions with other drivers. I'm not saying I obey all the rules all the time, but I do my best to be the bigger individual when I can.

I wish… that song or the radio station. just had to call the doctor all I got for over an hour was : please wait , nobody is available right now. And after an hour it went dead cause they are closed . 💀 so I am annoyed to say the least 😅

I honestly think the point of the half helmet is just to skirt the helmet laws in the states that have them.

I never do that and 98% of the time follow all the laws.

I got hit by a car on my bike about 25 years ago. I was terrified to get back on it. But I did.

Believe it or not progressive actually offered me the cheapest rates compared to all the other competitors even the local companies wanted way more.

In Michigan, it’s legal to ride without a helmet after the age of 21, which is wild because whenever I see a rider with a helmet (usually an older gentleman), I’m like, “If you go down, your melon goes splat, my guy.” Also, you shaming people for living their lives in their own cars 🤣
