The “daughter of Judy” at 2 hours 11 minutes was me. I have never felt more special in my entire life than I did this day. The creator of the world, the great I AM was speaking directly to me. At a certain age I stopped calling my mother mom and started calling her by her name, Judy. She was abusive in many ways, encouraged me to do drugs & begged me to do them with her, forced me to watch porn when I was 10 and unfortunately died addicted to opiates. Though I’ve worked through a lot of it with the Lord and through counseling, there is still a lot of trauma that remains in my soul because my mother didn’t know how to be a mom. She didn’t know how to love me the way every daughter should be loved. Only through the grace and mercy and healing power of our God have I been able to find compassion for her. He was able to help me see it from the perspective of I can’t imagine how much pain she must have been carrying herself in order to treat her child that way. There is so much more to this story but another amazing confirmation from the Lord is Pastor Sean’s wife is Christa & I am Krista! I pray this encourages someone, I pray this gives someone hope. I am so thankful for this encounter with my incredible Abba. These people didn’t know us, we didn’t know them. We live in Louisiana (1500 miles away!) and were there for pre-op as I’m having back surgery in NYC a week from today. This was undeniably God ordained. I am so grateful for this experience, for this church and for the gifting upon Pastor Sean! May God bless, comfort and prosper anyone who reads this!
