You a will get much more out of running Dark Harvest. Also rushing sorc boots has a far bigger impact as a first back item than anything else. The magic pen from it is most effective the earlier you get it, as every level gained gives more MR. The increase in damage from sorc boots when champions only have ~45 MR is huge, double digit percent huge. Also the move speed allows you to clear faster for invades after, and lets you chase down ganks, and kite out fights in the early game.
