Lawton City Council votes on rate hike
The Lawton City Council voted 5-3 on Tuesday afternoon to raise utility rates by 15 percent.
The rate increase will go into effect July 1.
Preliminary staff projects indicate the base-rate customer (using up to 2,000 gallons of water a month) could see an increase of $12.82 per month when applying the 15 percent increase to all categories on a utility bill, while those who use 5,000 gallons a month (considered the average customer) could see a $16.41 increase. Those who qualify for a senior/disability discount would see their discount increase by $7.82, to $43.81.

    The Indians do not get enough recognition in history. Every man in those tribes is a soldier. You had to grow up being a warrior. Other tribes trying to kill you to take your land, wealth, women and kids. On top of that you got the Americans comeing from the east. What tf happen to us men. These were real man. We have become soft.

    What I heard and I'm mostly Native blood from Guatemala probably from Toltecs or Maya tribes with Spanish gypsy Spaniard blood a bit. Dr. Juan Bosco Pascal a Catholic Church preacher and a genius of a history professor. Teaches about the endless secret societies army members of the demonic Freemason Rothschild illuminati English witches Universal Freemason or the now also called Mexican generales Masonic power's of the government and part of illegal narcotics drug industry of the world which is one of seven tentacles of the secret societies army members have of the same Universal Freemason. Now when the Spaniards owned from California to Florida all the Southern states. The Comanches took over the Northern Mexico plains Northern Texas plains Arizona plains as well. One main reason was because the Spanish Freemason didn't massacre Natives like the English Rothschild family's did through the U.S. government. From what I heard for nearly 300 years the Comanches ruled these areas mentioned. Now your probably saying this guy is crazy or doesn't know what he'll his saying. But remember ese every single dollar you own has the secret societies emblems on it. Ese look at it baboso. Investigate this if you care. Also the bible doesn't lie, in revelations 12 and a seven tentacles giant red dragon was ready to devour the lady's baby depicted is the same as these Freemason have here on Earth . Our lady of good success the same one found in revelations 12, but of Ecuador predicted this Masonic power's end of time rule over 400 years ago, also for more entertainment just walk in to any Roman Catholic Church library and you will see how the Freemason have been in a secret war against the holy sea of Peter. They first made the stupid Protestant movement 500 years ago and lately these last 100 years they have been using the communist movement to secretly infiltrating this holy Church and so the current state that she is in currently. God wins in the end the Jewish God wins ese. God bless you and your family

    I must comment again honestly the man sitting down on the chair with a gray shirt looks extremely European to me it’s chilling how they can remove one mask and put another one on but this mask is invisible it is really really frightening all in the name of land and ownership that’s it that is it for one man is willing to give up his culture his people all in the name of the land I know native people and some of these people look 85% European or more I believe it is the movie I watched Braveheart with Mel Gibson when the English conquered the Scottish and said we will breed them out meaning they will spread their seed amongst the women this is most uncomfortable and frightening

  • @TreeBug88
    @TreeBug88 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    And all honesty if I may I’m not sure what to think and I’ll do respect it appears that the native American would like to unite with the black American but as soon as the government threatens to withhold federal funding the tribes appear to get lighter and lighter like white these people are speaking very much look like the European I feel free to state my opinion because recently I took a DNA test and much to my shock and dismay they tell me I am 40% European 59% black and only 1% indigenous apparently we’ve all had to adjust to be conquered but their cruelty persists it is never ending how can I be proud of 40% if the 40% does not even acknowledge nor wish me a long life. I acknowledge the people who are speaking but I also see the European man and he says except me as your leader or I will withhold federal funding Take my seed and become lighter so I may expand in the physical and then the spiritual

    @6:15min just a one part critique. I'm very impressed with Mr. Coffey's knowledge of the Comanche people but anyway. The Medicine Lodge Treaty was signed in 1867, a simple mistake because he just superimposed the year 1867 with 1876.

The gun culture and weaponisation of Europe since Nepolean times spread to every part of the world threatening peace on the Earth. When did exact date the natives of United States of America accorded equal citizenship rights, voting rights and protective rights.

    Love you brothers and sisters. As said many times…it’s hard to understand how humans can be so cruel to one another. The Comanche, Kiowa and all American Indians were given a bad hand by our govt. Yes, we have made strides toward making things right but still have a long way to go. But we can never repay taking someone’s family and culture away from them. Please remember that many of us remain with you in spirit. Although we are not family by blood, we are by love.
