Tell me again why Ridgid doesn't make bases like Milwaukee does?

These ridgid cases are very high quality, but the latching mechanism is not the best. Can't believe they still don't have a baseplate like milwaukee does. 4 years since this video was made. Also waiting on the "drawers" which were announced in august 2023.

That's pretty slick. Seeing that rolling mitersaw, I pictured that being used by flooring installers - you don't have to get up to cut - just roll the saw along with you.

Mount the saw to the dolly and you can skate the floor doing base board miters practically in place.

i took a double cup holder and attached it to the bottom box on the front! holds my drink my tape measure and one other drink! it hasn’t been in my way actually works great! never lose my drink tape measure well that grows legs!

This will work even better with the Ridgid Pro 2.0 with removeable wheels on the Large bottom box. Detach the wheel assembly and the bottom box will fit on the casters.

No wonder he took a swig at the beginning. Some questionable techniques as the slices became thinner and trembled unpredictably on the unguarded blade. Grabbing and pulling just waiting to happen.
