Where can I buy a new pump
Hello, unfortunately this unit has been discontinued for a number of years, we no longer have any available.
This is great and all but what did you do to get to this stage? Did you disconnect everything to the controller?
Why do you still use spray foam ?
The model shown in the video was 10 years old. We now use a different style of "spray" foam that is modeled to the shell with a higher "R" value. It helps create a better pocket of warm air inside the cabinet. It allows the Service team easier access if a part needs to be repaired or replaced. Hi, I have a new shower pan with a glass door and the shower door sweeper has put microfine scratches on the shower pan from opening and closing the door and dragging on top of the shower pan with this method work to remove those scratches? I need help on my hydrojets. There's a continuous flor of water coming out of my air control valves. How do i fix this?
I've got an old tub with waterways air controls. All glued in place when manufactured. Impossible to retrofit. Tub works fine (third pump), but turning the jets on or off is a thing of the past.
No such thing as impossible…..

Top tip, don’t use the chlorine tablets that dissolve in a floater, because they will leave lots of calcium residue that will block your pump. I have just back flushed mine and it was totally clogged with lumps of undissolved calcium from our chlorine tablets. Only use chlorine granules.
Hi there I’ve bought one of these new and straight away a E5 code came up do you know or does anybody know how to get rid of the E5 code please
E5 means it’s overheated. Switch off and on again and see if it clears. Did you fill with hot water? That can cause the error
Mine also has the E5 code. Its comes up after starting to warm the cold water I'm putting in the tub. I can't find anything to help.
I was having this problem intermittently. I back flushed my pump and there was a lot of calcium and limescale build up. This is definitely what causes the E5 error, the limescale restricts the flow of water so the unit overheats. I suggest giving your pump a good flushing out with a hose
Thank you for the quick reply.... I gave it a quick back wash earlier. But I'm going to take the unit apart and give it a thorough clean. Fingers crossed that'll sort it.
