GCAP Performance are one of London's premier supercar, performance and tuning workshops. We specialise in bespoke tuning packages and general maintenance of all sports, performance and supercars.
GCAP's humble beginnings began with installing bolt on performance upgrades from the London workshop. As the company grew, so too did the services offered by the company. GCAP now offer full bespoke tuning packages ranging from basic bolt on parts to custom performance parts made exclusively for the company, in house and by some of the worlds biggest tuning manufacturers.
Based in Notting Hill, West London, GCAP Performance has an extremely well equipped, state-of-the-art and uniquely clean facility which gives you peace of mind, knowing that your vehicle is going to be looked after from the minute it arrives, to the moment you collect it.

In my Opel Astra H 2008 Locking doesn't fold the mirrors, i need to press a button on the drivers door, is locking and auto folding mirrors from the factory, or it's a mod kinda?

Thank you. Yes, this would fail emissions on a MOT test. The customer has opted for this sytem as he essentially has 3 years untested (being brand new).

How much horsepower does it add?
1. Does it sound more or less than R8 plus with the same quicksilver exhaust? 2. How big different is it for R8 performance modell with OPF in sound original in db to change only last part exhaust in db or to do like you guys do and change everything in db?
OPF versions are very muted. By removing the OPF only you can make it sound like a standard PRE-OPF version. The QS back box gives it that edge that just puts the cherry on top.

Because not everyone is overly concerned with warranty. Some people would rather not be held hostage to the rules of warranty and modify their vehicles how they see fit. This customer wanted this package on his car, so he went for it and enjoyed it. Plus we offer full maintenance on these cars and the customer would rather we carried out the work than main dealer. Simple really.
@@GCAPPerformance What mods can I do to my 600LT without voiding warranty do you think?
Not a lot really. A dealer can press for a void over the smallest and most insignificant modification. Or they could overlook a major one. Comes down to what you are claiming warranty repairs for and if something you have fitted has directly effected said area. If it hasnt, and they argue it, then it is about how far you want to fight them. Long story short, if you are worried, then don’t do it.

Incorrect. If you are referring to the decat pipe, this is exactly why you tune it. This removes the chance of a CEL ever coming on. Some 6,000 miles later, you will be glad to know it hasn’t come on once.
