Hi there. I used lukewarm water for the shampoo process and finished of with a cold rinse after conditioner.
I have applied it and this video came on my recommend 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭how to remove this bits
Sadly it takes a while for it to totally come out of the hair. Just keep running a comb or your fingers through the hair to get rid of it.😩

Yes. But sulphate free works best without drying the hair out
