@@jefftalbot5192 it would definitely strengthen your skull, 10/10 recommend. But REAL talk, using less thumb grip on PULLING movements puts less stress on your forearms, which is gonna allow your back to go to max failure BEFORE your forearms

Muscle hypertrophy and strength gain are based on 3 major factors Training intensity Recovery and stress management And eating well You cannot gain any muscle from resting unless you challenge the muscle and supply sufficient protein and energy from carbs
I take constructive criticism (thx you for correcting me💪🏾), I’ll admit you’re right, BUT this video is mainly targeting the people who over-train and don’t take any days off. Everything you said is right tho. You might not be able to GAIN muscle while resting, but you’ll see the most growth, feel better, and recover 10x better if you have a rest day here and there

Cable rows had pretty good form in terms of getting that big stretch but the attachment that has your arms a little closer to get your elbows further back and a tighter contraction is where it's at!
Gotcha, that makes more sense, I personally never tried the attachment I used, so I didn’t really know what to feel💀

But actually seeing them struggle, or seeing their habits that waste their money and time. All that has shown me what NOT to do in my life will growing up. It helped make my mind set the way it is. I don’t want to slow anyone down and if I’m able to do it alone, great. If someone helps me along the way it’s cuz ik I’ll be able to help them back. I want to be in a position to get what I need/want on my own and be there for others that can do the same but need the right guidance.
