A very traditional style and laid out in a traditional way. I'd reorganize the living room so that there would be a place to hang coats at the entry and so that the TV would not block a window. I'd partially open between the dining room and the kitchen, and there's space for twice as much counter and cabinets there. I'd take part of the dining room for a pantry and a half bath. One of the upstairs bathrooms could have a shower and space for the laundry stackables. In summary, I'd buy this house and do some renovations to suit my style.

hate the furniture AND THE ART WORK------had to move on, couldn't finish the video.

nice kitchen, nice views, hope the doors at the end of the kitchen were pantry's and a washroom.

The exterior is attractive, and I like the upstairs balcony. Inside, I'd swap the couches with the TV. The kitchen is small, but there's some understairs space for a pantry cabinet, and I'd buy a rolling island for more food prep space. The bedrooms lack adequate closets. If closets were more important than a second full bath, the laundry machines could be replaced by a closet, putting the machines in place of the downstairs shower stall (leaving it a half bath).

Not much storage but that's to be expected for something this size....good for a minimalist

Why? Two separate seating areas in the oversized living room, a bathroom sink in the living room, a bathroom door next to the dining room, a wall window or open (?) tiny kitchen/dining room.

Kitchen is way too small. Microwave is way to high. Most would need a stool or chair to reach it. And what's with the sink outside the bathroom. And the space with the furniture is poorly used. And tv area needs a wider space to Walk through to get to couch. Very poorly thought layout. Absolutely terrible. The whole thing. I'd tear it down & start over.

Without closet space. Nothing is perfect 🫤

That's a little more like it. Not so tiny that you can't turn around or own anything. Yes small enough not to be more than a single person or even a couple can't take care of.

I 💜 the layout

The living space itself isn't bad except for the fact you have no space at tge foot of the bed. And why do you need 2 sinks in your garage? There is no way to get from the garage to the living space directly, so you have to come down the outside steps hauling laundry in all kinds of weather. Very impractical.

This is a traditional style house, though it has been updated. I'd add a place to hang coats inside the entry, and I'd enclose the end of the hallway to create a laundry room. I like the sunroom/conservatory.

I'd reconfigure some of it. I don't understand these large dining rooms with the tiny kitchens. It just doesn't make sense to me. I don't need 2 bedrooms, so I'd make the upstairs one big room with the bathroom, also making the bathroom bigger. Love the balcony, but would definitely want a way to get down from there in case of emergency. I do like a half bath down stairs, just not sure about the location of it.

The kitchen is very small, but if it were opened into the dining room more counter and cabinets could be added. There's no place to hang coats at the entry, and over the fireplace is a poor location for the TV. There is some pantry space in the laundry room. Having the half bath open into the living room isn't ideal. I like the upstairs, especially the balcony. With a little reworking this could be a comfortable little house.

If you swap the laundry and the downstairs bathroom and put a door on the front bedroom it becomes a more functional plan. The front dormer serves no purpose and should be removed. With these changes it will work!

Based on the dimensions given in the info, this house is almost 1,500 square feet, & in no way shape or form would it be classified as a tiny house. Nice amount of space, but not being utilized all that great. And another large dinning room, with a small minimalistic kitchen.

That big dinning room with that tiny kitchen is terrible. I'd definitely take some space from the dinning room to make the kitchen bigger

Love the way it cut each room and seperated space for living and kitchen nice. 😃Also like the up stairs room. The first floor bed is great for disabled people can climb stairs. That why, the only room i would change is the laundry on first floor. I put the bathroom next first floor bedroom. The laundry room in the backroom on first floor. Its a lovely house.

Focus on storage please!

Although this house is not designed for the US market, with different fittings and finishes it could work. The kitchen is isolated and small, but some adjustments could be made.
