That's awesome any home in Canada and alberta if they are renovated must be brought up to present years building codes That will save on future repair costs and having the asbestos removed is a blessing houses built before 1988 are full of it and having plumbing upgrade Awesome it looks great 👍

@@yegcribs yep! In the parkland sturgeon county area. Preferably parkland. Walk out bungalow with a massive shop. Ideally water front or water access … but I know this is Alberta and the options for waterfront/access are very limited.
I have been to spruce grove quite a few times. Thankfully I have not gotten a photo radar ticket yet. In Edmonton i have gotten about three photo radar tickets
thats actually amazing to hear! if you drive 16 a through all the lighs and stay under 67 you sould always be safe!

Spruce grove is a very nice place there shopping and work and its not far from west edmonton mall and your nestled a little out of the way from too much traffic its a nice place to call home for everyone

I checked out your TH-cam channel. I found some problems. 1. SEO Score is very low 2. No Title - Description - Tag SEO friendly 3. No Share Social Media Platform and many problems on your TH-cam Channel. If you do proper SEO of your videos and SEO of your channel, your videos will go viral very quickly. You can generate a good view. Hope you understand my point. I am always ready to solve your problem.

Depends on what city you are looking in...If its spruce grove and newer around 600k and up depending on upgrades, lot size/location, and size
