2:29 I have a theory what if in the beginning when the were having "an adult conversation" that's when they had the divorce which you see at the end of the story I think that's when the dad went to go get the beer and his face got red. As you can see "Mr red face" walks into the room I actually think that's the dad killing Ron because when we saw the dad killing Ron it glitched and it looked like "Mr red face" BUT I have more to back it up Ron's neck twitched when this was happing indicating his neck being snapped and notice how Mr red face doesn't go down to leave a present? No he goes to the closet showing where he hid Ron's body. I think when Ron wakes up that's him as a ghost and he is unaware that's why he sees the kids because they are also dead. Everything was foreshadowing the end of the game.... also notice how the doll says the neck is a minor flaw compared to other dolls? Right I think the other kids got dolls showing how they died. AND notice how the box the doll was in was the same pattern as his coffin I think that was showing Ron in his casket.....
