'What Ever Happened To Baby Jane' (1962) Instrumental Theme
I could never find the version of the instrumental theme that plays throughout this film when searching Spotify or TH-cam so I cobbled one together. It's not perfect as it still contains some of the beach scene sounds but it's still pretty catchy. Enjoy!

    You get a different picture to the won we have been told, I think she was just a home body, and let Hollywood say what they wanted - very beautiful,and all natural.

    Marlene's a great fibber - better even than Trump.............She was in 19 silent pictures, from 1919-1929. (When she did this interview, there was no Wikipedia for people to instantly check her facts. ).................Also, she and Garbo had a brief affair early on, apparently. Later, GG was furious with her, because Marlene went around telling people that - she, Greta - had dirty underwear. .................(RIP, Marlene Dietrich and Greta Garbo. )

    I Love Marlene....but she's a big Liar ! While she was not a big Rival to Garbo, because their Personalities were so different, Marlene was an Extrovert and Narcissist supreme, a star who kept round the track vigilance over her Image and Career. She was too busy to care what Garbo was doing ! And for the record Marlene and MERLE OBERON were for a while, in the late - 1930s and mid-40s, "competitors" for a few roles. They shared many Professional associations----Alex Korda, Josef Von Sterberg and a few lovers. They likewise despised each other. But while the beautiful Anglo Indian Oberon is somewhat forgotten in 2023, Dietrich emerges as the True Iconic star.

    • @Starkardur
      @Starkardur 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Dietrich loved Garbo, Garbo didn't care at all for Dietrich. That was the issue. Dietrich may have had issues but she admired Garbo.Garbo really didn't have the mutual admiration for Dietrich.

      Garbo didn't gaf & why would she, they weren't even @ the same studio, Garbo walked away from it all, Dietrich worked for decades & toured until becoming a recluse, she gave legend Burt Bacharach his 1st break. Oberon was in car accident that nearly ended her career & never had the support of Hollywood studio nor the star vehicles of the other 2, she worked for Goldwyn & other freelance independents.

    Very beautiful soul Marlene Dietrich. The rivalry between and her was created by the journalist but not by Marlene and neither by Greta. It is something was Cyndi Lauper already said. She and Madonna were pitted against each other back in the 80s.
