I’d be curious as to how much Geoff is actively involved? Does it allow him the opportunity for a lot of free time…
You can certainly reach out to him but I believe from what how he has it structured...he's minimally involved. With that said, you can have as much free time as you want with anything as long long as you set it up with the correct systems.

thanks for sharing... im a brand new investor prospecting new opportunities... given where i am and how im starting, remote management will be required.... question: are their fully integrated systems out there that do gate security, door security, camera security, and prop management (take rentals, manage rent rolls, and collect payments) AND integrate well with 3rd party call centers? Any recommendations? Ive been looking a NOKE (thru Janus) but i dont want buy new cameras to get integrated if i dont have to...
Everything besides cameras are integrated into storedge, easy storage solutions and there's a few others, as well. There are some limitations but you can reach out to both companies to get demos. Cubby is a startup software that's working on better implementation. I don't see a reason why cameras have to be integrated, just pick one that backs up to a cloud and that monitors movement.

Another great interview! I sold my 5 mobile home parks in the last year and now focusing on storage. Bought my 2nd facility this year and hoping to scale up from 30k square feet to 100k square feet.
