I’ve fix 2 SR with the same problem from the hot cue buttons to the sampler each have 2 blue and 1 red if any of the blue lights stop working it gonna get that problem.. if you can get lights like em replace em and problem solved..

@@pinknoized9898after your change if u already change, the problem fixed ? I saw the schematic and its make sense, this transistor pass by all the line of cue and some leds and some fx button. I will have a try too.
I am having an error on cue (deck 1), when I pressed it, it starts both decks, is this the error you're referring to? If it is, does anyone knows what do I have to replace? please, I send it to the technician and so far he replaced several things but no fix on that matter. Thank you!
Quinn Macedo hi, the technician did replace several capacitors and it did worked for a few days and it had the same issue afterwards... I'd send it back, I haven't used it on a party ever since, just home, so far is working.
a minha esta piorando cada vez mais, e descobri que esse problema não é no serato e sim na placa da controladora e tem um cara aki em Belém que já descobriu o problema e obviamente ele cobra pelo serviço. que pelo meu ver acho justissímo!!!!!

Mueve mucho la cámara, pero el error que veo esta en el led roll y sampler
simply need to keep unplugging it til it works or change the data cable

The EXACT SAME THING IS HAPPENING WITH MY DDJSR SO IM STUCK WITH THIS HAD TO INVEST IN NUMARK....PIONEER MAKES SPEAKERS AND RADIOS NOT DJ EQUIPMENT 😩

Yo man, quite common error. 1 or more of the LED's behind the buttons are failing, it messes up the circuit.
