That ladder’s an accident waiting to happen. Even if it doesn’t fall while the person is climbing, what if it slides down while the person’s in the left? Then they’re stuck up there. Most tiny houses with ladder access have something to hook the ladder into, which is attached to the loft in a very sturdy way. The other ladder option is attaching each step to the wall, so it’s there permanently. You keep replying it’s “only for guests and storage,” but even if that’s how the person chooses to use it, they still don’t want to fall or get stuck! Actually storage is almost worse because then you’re carrying stuff while climbing up or down an unstable ladder.

To most of commentors, this is a TINY house ! There is NO ROOM for bigger things or extras. You want more...the price goes up !! Too many windows for any climate, reduce it to1/3 of what you see.

That's an ugly house. You can buy a 2 story tiny home at home depot for 15k much more spacious, of course it doesn't have all the electric and floor but you can do it yourself. You can barely fit a racoon in there.
