Cardiff Transport Preservation Group move KMB AEC Regent V A165.
1966 Kowloon Motor Bus AEC Regent V (5), is seen at Barry, South Wales UK in December 2021, being moved in readiness for it`s move to the new Llandow depot. It was the first time in nearly 15 years for A165 to be seen outside of the depot building.

Cardiff Transport Preservation Group at Barry Depot. A shunt move at the depot on 25th October 2016 for the arrival of another bus to arrive. ( A Sentinel STC6). Ex Cardiff Bus Leyland Lynx 258 had recently started its restoration from a trainer bus livery.. The Cardiff Transport Preservation Group at Barry, South Wales has re-started the annual, Barry Festival Of Transport which was held in June 2022 at Barry Broad Street Depot and Barry Island on the former Butlins Camp site.. The CTPG has owned Ex Western Welsh Leyland Leopard 1518 for a number of years. It has been converted to tow-bus duties at the Ely workshops late in its career, and later went on to serve with Sixty/Sixty at Merthyr Tydfil . 1518 was new in 1971 to Western Welsh and allocated first to Barry, then Cardiff Penarth Road, finally Bridgend.
