When to do abdominal massage for constipation after meals or before
Hello @egpatil1841. It is fine to do the massage both before or after meals however if you do it after a meal wait at least a couple of hours to allow your food to digest, or longer if you have had a very heavy meal as it will be uncomfortable. Fiona 😊
