Your video is good but you are teaching some laws that are California only. The "CF Number" is only California, other states have a different code, WN for example is for Washington. Also the minimum age requirement are also different from state to state. So all and all a good vid but it may confuse some people about the California only regs.
I mean...California Boating did post it. I agree they should recognize that but I think this video is guided towards the state of California.

Let's not worry about renters though. They know more about boating than boat owners. Lmfao. Just another way to scam time and money from generations of boaters living in California. Thanks Gov. Moon beam....your saving the world and the people.one boater at a time. Maybe the $10 "fee" can be used for some state pension fund that California can't pay for.
The card will initially be only for those under 20 years of age, probably the smallest age group that causes issues on the water.
