Good content!
Glad you enjoyed it
awesome! I wish him luck. Tu Le are you helping him out of the kindness of his heart or do you offer a mentoring service? I like how you are very honest with him. The best thing is that he apparently is listening.
This is simply us helping Zach with his business, we do not have a mentoring service, however our podcast i a way for us to share
Fantastic!
Hey how can connect with you???
Hi- you can reach out to simpleprofitpodcast@gmail.com
So if we have maximised our 1st location and space is not enough should we go bigger space or open 2 but we don’t have strong staff yet, what is your recommendation, thank you
I always recommend to not expand current location footage, as it adds on risk and more marketing that you need to do to fill it. You can consider raising prices to check the market and your customers' willingness to pay. At that point, adding on a second location would be my choice, only when the team is ready. Thanks for tuning in!
Tell that to the squatters in ny and Cali

important person = someone you like not important person = someone you don't know, not close, don't like and someone you want to take down

I got everything but am still confused on where to get the “Net Operating Income” number to calculation NOI / Gross Revenue. It did not automatically populate. Can you clarify this?
Hi! So glad you're working through your KPIs. Net Operating Income = Gross Revenue - Total Operating Expenses. I couldn't find an article online specifically for fitness studios, but this generally gives an idea of how to calculate as well: www.shopify.com/blog/net-operating-income. Does this help?
Good video. FYI - Add 00:00 before your timestamps for your chapters to show up.

It’s sometimes Called the “ Goh Yong Hong “ Clause 😊
‘Personally guaranteeing’? Why would you do that when you are running a business? Isn’t that what LLCs and Corps are for?
Unless you are a huge business with large assets and a lot of cash in your business account, no legitimate landlord will allow you to simply allow you to guarantee a lease with simply an LLC or Corp entity.
Thank you so much for sharing 🙏
Thank you for sharing
Thank you for sharing, btw are you on a treadmill? 😂

Hi @anthonyradle3193 thanks for highlighting this to us. This has now been fixed. Despite being rerouted to Google, you should still have received an email with the Delegation Workbook. If you haven't, please let us know and we will email it to you. The Simple Profit Team
Tu Le, outstansding podcast ! I wish I had this information 15 years ago, but never too late to get on track. I have been using MyStudio for about 2 years, love the platform and the support is outstanding.
