What prof. Mittal says about the indipendence of Roughness at very high Reynolds Number is true. It is also due to the fact that at very high Re number the boundary layer tickness is O(1/sqrt(Re)), so the roughness penetrates the boundary layer and compitely dominates the behaviour of the flow at the wall.
It would be good to fix the order of the playlist. Currently, the order is very random. Enjoying the lectures!
