In my opinion balaluga is only really useful for stages that have tough enemies that take a long time to beat. In this case you definitely used him for the right scenario though… Assassalin passalan was also really good before cyberpunk talents became a thing, but he’s still slightly useful for the good slow combo it gives. I did use him for the mola baron at one point if I recall correctly because of the slightly higher standing range tho. It’s kind of unfortunate the treatment the nekolugas were given since they actually could be fun to play with if they were still part of the meta, I doubt ultraforms or ultratalents will do much to fix them unless ponos gives them some of the most crazy abilities.
