Hello guys, today, we will be going on a journey around Azeroth visiting different gameplay areas that I feel have been forgotten in the modern day.
The way we play Classic WoW has changed a lot from the last half of the 2000’s when the game was first in its infancy. Nowadays, I think there is a greater focus on optimization and maximizing efficiency. Guides exist for pretty much anything you would want to know about, and speed-leveling in particular is an area that has reached new heights with the rerelease of Vanilla. It seems as if people have less time, and leveling is a part of the game where you can save a lot of time.
Dungeon grinding became a huge phenomenon when Classic released, and consequently the outdoor world was less populated. I still think many people get caught up in the rush to max level - myself included - but in the pursuit of maximum efficiency you skip over a lot of content.
Azeroth is such a large place, and there are many areas - even large ones - within the zones of the game that people do not usually go to, because they are not worth it from that efficiency point of view. I think parts of the world have been forgotten, so I wanted to do this video to remind myself and others of some of the cool stuff that is still out there!
