Okay, Do This to Get Better At Mixing Under 2 Minutes.
Welcome to Young Amo Music TH-cam channel and today I want to talk about the kick and the snare in FL Studio this is also useful for the Pro Tools users.
I want to show you what I did in the Young Amo Music Signature. We are using a 97 BPM and I selected only the kick and the snare drum for this video today.
And I also want you to listen to it while it is still raw. No plugin, no EQ, no compression, no reverb whatsoever.
And we only going to use one of the plugins mentioned that I mentioned and that will be the EQ.
I also went extremely with the EQ but I'm going to show you now in a moment and it fits in the Young Amo Music Signature but there was a problem with this EQ.
You won't see the problem because you have to analyze it. As you can see, this is very extreme but it is also fine according to the Young Amo Music Signature.
Something went wrong the kick but you can only see it when you analyze it
I normally use a different EQ to prevent all the unnecessary problem that I have to fix later on because went I use the parametric EQ in FL Studio then I have to use more than 2 compressors to make it fit perfectly after the EQ.
So, in the next video or in the near future will I show you my favorite EQ. I don't want you to do same thing as me.
If you want to use the fl studio parametric EQ then go that much extreme, this was for the video only but I've show how I normally would EQ.
I go extremely and fix it later again, I didn't get a chance to mixing the snare drum.
