Pastor, I’m not a JW nor do I believe their doctrines or creeds. However, I do believe that God ordained wheat and tares to coexist (“let both grow together until the harvest” Matt 13:30); and then, God save The All in Christ as we are sifted.
Let us remember that the Epistles repeatedly warn us about those who teach errant doctrine. Paul said, "let them be accursed." As a Pastor, I must continually guard my church, and others, from those who are leading people to eternal Hell.
@@firstbaptistchurchofbirmin4534 Yes, Pastor. But it is God that makes the ear to hear (Prov 20:12; Isaiah 50:5; Romans 10:14-17); and the same whom increases our understanding (Luke 24:45). I consider how God has blessed me to see right through JW error. But I don’t judge the people. What I mean to say is “Preach the gospel” like Paul admonishes, and the Spirit will intercede on behalf of Christ for his Elect (Romans 8:28-29). Expose false doctrine, yes - but have mercy on the misguided lambs. I was one of them.
So, are you saying that we should not preach and warn against the doctrines of devils? Yes, God will separate those who are genuinely saved and those who pretend to be saved. But, shepherds must stand guard over the sheep. We must preach the truth lest they believe a lie.
@@firstbaptistchurchofbirmin4534 I’m on your side, brother. And I believe that The Spirit of Truth is irresistible to God’s Elect. But sometimes the light is too blinding at first (like in Paul’s case on that Damascus road). So be ‘irresistible’ in your pulpit platforms, and of course, let your light shine 😊. The Truth does the rest. Amen? I’m not accusing you of any wrongdoing. Rather, encouraging my fellow minister to remember to feed the sheep what sheep were ordained to eat - God’s law (ie, Galatians 5:14, Matthew 7:12, etc). Joseph was deep in a whole at one time (ever been there?). He also suffered a lot of time in a prison (ever been there?). Nevertheless, our Great and Terrible God, who works ALL things after the counsel of his own will (PS 93:3, Ephesians 1:11), worked out all the good and evil in Joseph’s life so he would become what we know today, and profess, as a picture of Christ and the salvation of his people. Joseph was so Merciful, wasn’t he? He didn’t have to be. But he knew better. He knew more than his spoiled brat, self-centered and ignorant brothers. All the spin-offs of Christianity, all the divisions in and of the Church toady - what are they? Spoiled brat, self-centered and ignorant seekers of something other than what lived inside of Joseph-the Truth. Gosh, pastor, I think I’m rambling on again. Forgive me.
@@firstbaptistchurchofbirmin4534 In that deep hole, in that prison of false doctrine that is the JW church, there exists a few Joseph’s, a few Mary Magdalene’s, a few Paul’s. Even a few me’s, and you’s. Meet them where “Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other” (Psalm 85:10). Watch what happens… 👍

Salvation is by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9). When we 1) Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ - the Son of God, God the Son; 2) When we believe that Jesus came to be born of a virgin, live a sinless life, willingly die on the cross, resurrect from the dead and sits at the right hand of God the Father; 3) When we realize Jesus died to pay the sin debt of all who repent and receive Him as Savior; 4) When we believe and receive Jesus as Savior (Romans 10:9-10). When we acknowledge that He is God and we are not - He will save us. Friend, pray and ask God to forgive you and to save you and He will in Jesus' name.

It is the constant cry of my heart that my adult-aged children would come to saving faith in Christ and serve Him. Nothing wipes the smile off of my face quicker than remembering that they are presently unregenerate and at risk for being left behind. Thank you again for the message.

The first 3 1/2 years already happened during the Roman times. Read the Book of Revelation there is only 3 and 1/2 years. It is repeated by n days, weeks, months and years the Antichrist is only given 3 1/2 years to rule just because he signs a 7 years peace treaty doesn’t mean he’s given 7 years. And there is no such thing as a “pretrib rapture” that is a fable.

Hi - I have my opinion based on my smoking… I finally surrendered these to the Lord on Sunday night… I have been battling CONVICTION for about it for over a year. Since I surrendered this, I have RELIEF because there is no more pressure in my mind to quit- I would have never expected this great relief

Hey buddy my question isn't about games of skill..i.e. Poker,baccarat and very few others.. But some are all chance... But what was the deal between Satan and yhe Lord with Lot if not a "gamble"? We risk our lives daily getting in cars which is a gamble

@@zachsimmerock5257 Hello. This is certainly a controversial topic with many believers. Yes, life is certainly a gamble. We "gamble" when we change jobs, when we purchase vehicles (that they will last), when we buy stocks, etc. Does the Bible have anything specific to say about gambling? No. But, it does speak of good stewardship. Soooooo, let every believer pray and act in faith. If God tells you to quit gambling then quit. If He doesn't convict you ... then continue on. My caution, of course, is that whatever you decide, be sure it glorifies God and that you are not depriving your family and church of your resources. Bless you.

To support Israel is not the same as to support Netanyahu. I cannot imagine that Jesus would approve of the mass killing of Palestinians. It does not match with the teaching of Jesus: 'love thy neighbor as love thyself'. Another issue is that in the time that the Jews needed divine protection against the evil pharao, that indeed they received that divine protection, but that does not imply that the Jews are the chosen ones forever. That is just Jewish interpretation. Nowadays, Netanyahu treats Palestinians alike the pharaoh of Egypt threated the Jews. It is the Palestinians trapped in Gaza who cannot defend themselves, who are basically dying of the lack of water and food, who need divine protection right now. So I pray for God to help them. I hope that sooner than later Christians, Jews and Muslims will learn to live together in this world as if they were brothers, respecting each other and live in peace. Jahweh is the Jewish name for God, Allah is the Arab name for God, in the Christian nation Malta the name of God in the Maltese language is Allah due to earlier Arab influence. God has many names, God will hear and address any sincere prayer from the heart, directed to any of Gods names. And in the end, the entire world belongs to God, while our time living on it as humans is limited. It is an illusion to claim that the land of Israel only belongs to the Jews, even when that is claimed in the Bible, as that text in the Bible is based on claims made by Jewish people living a long time ago.

I went through deliverance at my church and many strong holds includding depression were broken off. That's all that is needed. Deliverance is to set the captives free.

End of the apostolic age? Thats why there are apostolic pentecostals right? Nothing ended when the disciples died, some of you baptist refuse to look deeper, and concerning healings, no surprise. When I was a "baptist" I knew i was being kept in bondage at the church level. Any more hits on his pentecostals ?
Baptists, Presbyterians, Methodists, EV Free, Bible Churches, and the vast number of protestant churches believe that those "sign" gifts ended when the last Apostle died. This includes noted theologians: MacArthur, Torrey, Wilmington, Calvin, Luther, Spurgeon, etc. What about contemporary preachers? Falwell. Swindoll, MacArthur, Begg, Graham, Charles Stanley, Adrian Rogers, etc. You see, it is not just Baptists, it is those who know their church history, know the Bible, and those who understand the sufficiency of the Bible.

@@alcox6377 Not all gifts ... only the sign gifts (Ephesians 4, etc.) Tongues (human languages) were given to spread the gospel in other languages. Present day use of tongues is gibberish and is not Biblical.

There are lab reports and cat scans, Christian ministers are healing through the Blood of the Lamb. There are lots of wonderful miracles today. But if you want an oldy but a goody check out John G, Lake. I have been healed myself sovereignly, I had the worst kind of tonsillitis at the beginning of my Christian walk, went to church with the beginning of a fresh bout, took communion and bang! Completely healed, never had it again. You are in need of a revelation of the beauty and goodness of God, try renouncing the religious spirit. Blessings and love 🥰

That is where you are wrong. I am qualified, called and correct. All signs and wonders were given to the original Apostles and ceased when they died. Church history bears this out. If you check this out, you will find that this is true.
