Did you guys hear about the lady in the gated property by said developer and she was getting random people knocking on her door for S*#??!!!! It was on here on TH-cam!!! Craziness and when she wanted to move they gave her all kinds of issues… police are involved and everything. Oh, and I can’t get anywhere through the valley in under 30 🤦🏽‍♀️ 😂 I went to Scottsdale n Tempe on yesterday, then it took me almost 3 hours to get home due to a road rage incident because the 10 was closed from 67th west 🤦🏽‍♀️

For 6 months, for a 2020 Chevy trax we pay over $2250!!! Which is $375 per month!!! When we did a quote for Tucson and it came out to $132 per month that's one of the main reasons that sold us on moving!! 😂😂😂

Soooooo we live in Detroit and we're moving to Tucson in April. You mentioned that the car insurance is high...what you pay for 2 vehicles still doesn't compare to what we pay for one vehicle!

We bought a Meritage new build & now were looking to buy a Lennar NexGen new build so that my mom can comfortably move in with us. If y'all don't mind sharing how you vetted and choose a contractor to do the work we would love to hear that experience. (Did you go see any of the previous work they did? Did you see photos/word of mouth/other work in the neighborhood?) Any issues with the HOA? It's hard to know who to trust when your new to the area (EAST COAST-NJ born & raised) moved to AZ 4 yrs ago. Looking forward to any upcoming videooooos y'all put out!! Yolanda
