I was 9 when I learned to tie a bow - and I only learned it then because my grandmother showed me to just make two loops and tie them in a knot. I highly reccommend elastic shoelaces. My favorite shoes have laces that look just like the ones they came with, but I never have to tie them.

I remember a kid in the 7th 8th. No matter the disability he was in special Ed was in bd he was a kid he was a big kid every time we past each other in he ran up couldn’t wait to say Hi to don’t to run to me take your I liked any way He was hilarious 😊

I only get social exhaustion around people that don't interest me or bore me after a while!

I struggle with communication as well. I often have been told “I don’t understand you.” There’s jokes that fly over my head at times, it’s embarrassing. I didn’t walk on my toes but I do remember walking on my heels when I was a bit younger.

I regretted everything with my time at college. I didn't even have any sweet adventures like in those Revenge of The Nerds movies. :(

I will never accept my autism - being genetically and neurologically malformed. Beneath even animals as well as real human beings.

Autistic person here! Hello hello! I can 100% confirm that it is a fantastic game for us Aspies. It's incredibly relaxing (Though New Horizons is a bit stressful with the designing) and I adore my villagers. It's like having a colourful personality represented externally (Think Biskit, Stitches and Diana), even the darkest looking villagers is still great! And it got me through the worst moments of my life, I started on New Leaf and come back to it when I burn out in New Horizons. You're 100% right

I hope you enjoy your gap year and able to travel and/or rest etc 🙂

I can relate to this a lot Lauren. Although I did enjoy the Geography field trips (I love, and still love Geography) the other trips were a nightmare. I was in the Scouts....for just two evenings! Absolutely hated it, and never went back. Thanks for sharing this.
