Did you read the books? If you have then i dont understand how you can think its good ,Galadriel akts like a psycho doesent care about anyone even her elves.. The changeed the characters to make it woke. The orcs dont look good and the had a 1 billion dollar budget, short haired elves that are supposed to be the fairest and wisest creatures. The costumes looks like cheap halloween costumes they slapt on gold material that looks like plastic from China from 20 bucks. The writing is bad they even had to stole some lines from Peter Jacksons movies. And the feminist strong women Galadriel its not enough that she is th wisest and have magic powers and stod up to Sauron in Dol Gundur here she is just a chick with a sword and embarresing the leader of the northern army. Both Liv Tyler and Care Blanchett nailed it the light around them their Strang facial expressions but thats because they are elves Angelica Berings not humans. There are trailers from Games that are waaaaay more better. Its a fantasy world so why change it with wokism and Tolkien is not alive to defend his work. And those that are accusing him if racism is projecting, Elves and men are from thev West and easterlings from the East, the haradrim look North afrikan. But it should be entertainment not political propaganda, Disney+ also destroyed the frencishe just watch Star Wars the old Republic trailers if they would make movies/series like that it would be a massive hit. In Peter Jacksons movies every character was perfect for the roll, Viggo,Liv,Cate, Elrond ,Gandalf, Sir Lee Saruman and everybody else but here the picked C actors, you like the evil elf more then Galadriel. And why make her a girl with a sword except feminism she is so much more powerful and they reduced her to a psycho beserk girl with no charisma you actually hate her.And in the books she didnt fight or save the world shes like 10.000 years old so to say she must grow like a character is just BS. The only thing they did right was special effects.

@@aramisone7198 very well said, its simply a failed fan fic if you asked me, I have never seen a desecration of Tolkien's lore like RoP, They really should just remove the LoTR from its title and it can be just as a stand alone fantasy tv shows with elves and dwarves. I guess they need to have Tolkien name as its very well known globally so they can attract viewers for profit, too bad it didn't work as intended as the season 1 flop really badly and it will be the same with season 2. A showrunners who don't care at all to source material and the lore is a recipe for disaster. I am not surprised that the trailer on both season 1 and season 2 got ratioed so badly ...its quite a contrast with HoTD .
