I went to a Moroccan restaurant because of my friend she is Moroccan and introduced me to these foods the owner of the store put cream cheese in honey and microwaved it. It was so good. There was another bread I think is Mkhamer it kinda looked like a cornmeal cake and she did the same to it but sliced it in half and put cream cheese and honey that was so good too. In my new town they don't have any Moroccan restaurant =/

I like this recipe of yours I will try making it I love garlick, so I guess I can add mince fresh garlick in the parsley and melted butter instead of veg oil to brush on the bread whilst it’s hot. Thank you for showing how to make it I will let you know if I succeed😊

Sorry maar hoe kom je erbij dat dit een Turkse brood is mijn beste? Wist je dat wij dit brood al langer dan 2900 jaar in ons land marokko wordt gemaakt en met sterke bewijzen. Toen turkeye nog niet eens bestond zelfs in jaar 2006 leerden de turkse buur vrouwen in nederland het voor het eerst bij de marokaanse moeders en hebben gezegd dat zij dit soort niet kennen en nooit maken maar meer groot en plat! Dus wees voorzichtig met alles Turks te noemen want de meest voedsel turkeye hebben is van Iran en alle andere landen rondom turkeye en deze brood is bekend vanwaar het kwam dus plak er geen nationaliteit op wat niet waar is okee.
