so disappointing that the majority of the global menu items are out of stock! according to chef mike haracz on tiktok said that not only are the items on the menu changed on a rotating basis, but because the restaurant has to source ingredients from their suppliers, the international items are a facsimile of the real deal (they're not importing ingredients). Furthermore, because these items are seasonal, their supply is very limited so by the end of the rotating cycle they are out of stock.
