The real hard thing about this igbt is I have being trying to get the real one every one I bought can’t get pass 10 amp at 130dcv they failed and I remove one from a welder and I get 50 amp from it at the same 130 dcv I can’t find any seller online that sell the exact part number is like it don’t exist at all on the market only in commercial large companies can get it to buy that’s what I heard and so far it look to be true because I can fine it only the fake chines ones online even though a friend in India told me the real ones or made there so he get a friend that work at the factory so he get them to buy through him because the company only sell to large companies in Japan America Australia England and Germany not sell supplies like electrician supplies I only have the chance to get one real igbt from a induction store it’s handled current up 80 amp I was so shock these igbt or not sold retail
