    You're not supposed to lift your head so much with the McGill crunch. You should lift it only enough to make the hypothetical scale under your head show 0. You're doing it wrong and defeating the purpose of this exercise, which is getting your core to work while avoiding movement in the spine as much as possible (not to put them in so much flexion like you are showing). I hope there aren't many people following the wrong guidelines in this video, because what you're showing here is really a recipe for disaster.

    Nice workout. Warm-up ends around 16:15. Then there's a 2-min plank. Explanation of cardio workout begins around 19:15.

    This is a good workout! Can you do at least one a week of this length or longer? For those doing the workout, the warm-up starts about a minute in, then there's about 4 minutes of explanation. The HIIT part begins at 10:22, and is repeated starting at 20:22. I did overhead presses with all of the standing exercises for more cardio. I have no weights at home so used canned soup.
