Is there free WiFi or T-Mobile in msc island?
Yes, you have to disconnect when you get off the ship from the ships Wi-Fi and reconnect to the island. But it’s very easy to do.

Can you eat in the YC twice in a day for dinner. Meaning, can we take kids early and have adults eat late? Thank you.
The yacht club is pretty accommodating, but I don’t know the answer to this question. You can ask the concierge and they can let you know. But you also have room service 24 hours a day.
Another question....Did you have to make pre-reservations for Hola or could you just walk in or make reservations onboard? Thank you again!
We just made reservations once we got on board. You take care of that at the concierge desk in yacht club. Super easy.
I have been searching and searching for a video that included all that the YC had to offer (compared to non YC) and finally found it. LOVED the video. Thank you so much. One question...Can you get pizza delivered to your room/is it offered in the YC area? Thank you!
Thank you and I’m glad it helped and gave you the info you were looking for. They don’t have a pizza place within the yacht club, but you can have pizza delivered to your room. I did that one night and it was delicious!
We had reservations for August 16th. I was disappointed for sure with the two week notice. We had to do a lot rescheduling airline flights as well as try to find an available resort with the accommodations we requested. I will see if our new choice lives up to our expectations.
@@lanyouree8532 I would love to hear an update of where you choose and what you think of it. We are scheduled to go to Ochi next year and super excited to try another new one to us.
Sometimes pivoting can be difficult, but that’s what happened to us a few years ago and why we ended up in Emerald Bay in the first place. So you never know, it might all turn out even better than expected. I hope that happens for you.
Nice quick review of the Seashore Yacht Club. We spent 7-nights in the Yacht Club the last week of June 2024; it was our 3rd time in the YC on this ship and it did not disappoint. Wait until World America gets here next summer.

While they do tell you to bring back the mats at the end of the day...we rented a large mat for the kids in our group for 50$ and a small one for $30. On the way out we had left them and passed by the tent where the girl rented them to us and she said we didn't have to bring them back, it was ok. They will go out and collect them. I think yeah the employees would prefer to work less, but they won't charge you if you don't bring them back. After all no one is going to steal those, where are you going to hide them?
Good to know for next time. I just think the customer service as far as the cabanas go could have been better. If they are willing to deliver and pick up the mats, they should offer. (or not tell us we have to do it ourselves) I guess I’m too much of a rule follower! Ha ha. We also had a gentleman come by at the beginning of the day and we asked if anyone came by to take drink orders and he said yes, that he would take care of us all day and not to worry about that and then we never saw him or anyone else again. That was a little frustrating. I just think they could make a few minor changes to make the experience much better.
Everytime i see "Beaches" i think "Diapers". So this will be Diapers Bahamas... Should have gone sooner dang it
My daughter is desperately trying to rearrange her honeymoon plans. American Airlines will not let her change her flight to somewhere else and, of course, Sandals is NOT cooperating AT ALL! Any suggestions?
Oh goodness! I’m so sorry. This is exactly why people are so upset, and rightfully so. I’m probably not of any help, but when they did this to us a few years ago, they didn’t give my husband any options on the phone until he pressed and pressed. After about an hour and a half phone call with Sandals, they finally realized my husband will not hang up until there is some kind of resolution. As much as I love Sandals, their customer service is one of the worst. I hope someone who sees this can give you some type of guidance to help her get this resolved.
@@velicialusby amazingly, she pushed with American Airlines this morning asking them to simply allow her to use her tickets for another flight elsewhere and she got someone on the phone who worked with her! It cost her a few hundred dollars more BUT American Airlines made the change. It saddens me to think that this is a “thing” but it seems to be. ☹️ Shameful!

We went here for our honeymoon in 2008. Planning on going back for our 20th anniversary. It was wonderful then and looks even more wonderful now! They've done a lot of upgrades and new construction. We will be getting a suite with a butler. Your video for excellent BTW

Was the beqch at Grande a lot better than La Toc?
As far as getting in the water, the Grande is better. It was a red flag every day we were at LaToc. I think that’s pretty common. Nice to listen to the rolling waves though.
Never had BAD key lime pie in Key West, and everyone has their favorite (tart, sweet, meringue, no meringue) but my fave original key lime pie is Kermit’s. If you love a tall meringue go to Blue Heaven. (Favorite breakfast stop!)

Did you visit the smaller Sandals Halcyon? We stayed there 5 years ago and are ready to book our October trip. We’re considering La Toc; I appreciate your video.
Unfortunately, we did not. Our shuttle stopped to pick up some people to go to the Grande. So that’s all I saw. I wish we had taken the time to check it out. You really can’t go wrong with any of them, especially since you have the ability to visit all of them. Enjoy your time, whichever one you choose.
Great video. We will be at La Toc on May 13th for 11 night. We have stayed at the Grande 3 times in the past and La Toc once last year. I find that La Toc is our favorite over the Grande for several reasons. The most disappointing thing about the Grande and the reason we will no longer stay there is the outrageous prices they now charge for rooms. It seems like after Covid ended the price of rooms at the Grande have skyrocketed as compared to La Toc where the room rates are more reasonably priced.

Just saw your video. Thank you for sharing and showing us the awesome views around the resort. So many different restaurants, bars etc. on the Sandals resort. So happy to know they have karaoke 🎤 on sight (one of my favourites). Hopefully would love to book there one day and enjoy the experience on Sandals Regency La Toc and The Grande Resorts in St. Lucia 👍🏾🥂🍾❤

Thanks for posting we are headed there in 4 weeks I can't wait it will be our first time at Sandals resort...quick question other than the butlers does the staff accept tips this I've read mixed reviews all the other resorts we've stayed at we tip but i hear not to at Sandals
I hope I’m not telling you wrong, but my understanding is they cannot accept tips. I believe the best thing you can do for them is give them a review on TripAdvisor and be specific if you want to give certain people a shout out. Enjoy your time! You will love it!

We did a private car, but I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them.

It’s not something you schedule through Sandals. I believe you can go to funtoseeisland.com and coordinate something through them. We didn’t take it, but people were talking about that being an option.
Great video , been reading you have to be up so early to get a sunbed 😢 We are going in August in a club level room for two weeks , Not even on cheap holidays to Spain to you have to be up at 06.00 am for beds . Pity
