Your grip is too narrow, widen your grip as it is easier on your wrist and elbows, also allows you to lift heavier, appreciate the grind!
Yeah that was my mistake.. no wonder my wrist was hurting and it felt uncomfortable. Thanks I'll improve the next time.
See I have motivation to an extent, but I hate the idea I’ll be stared at cause “oh fat chicks shouldn’t be in the gym, it’s so unattractive” (yes I overheard this once as they laughed looking at me the whole time). Or harassed by gym bros who want to correct every tiny thing Im doing even if I’m doing it right anyway. I just hate how toxic most gyms can be. Plus Im poor and can’t even afford the cheapest membership🥲 so I just go walking whenever my leg decides it wants to stop being an asshole to me🤣
Girl, I understand because dudes be staring at me too every time I go to the gym.. mainly old people which is kinda creepy. I am not sure if something is wrong with me either, but I ignore it and put on a show for them that I can exercise, and not get bothered by them. Gym may be toxic sometimes but I didn't experience toxic in that environment. I "act" confident and I guess what I'm trying to say is.. I don't care what others think. You can't always make everyone happy but yourself. Yeah gym membership is so expensive nowadays, but walking daily is a great way to stay fit.
Some people don’t have motivation doesn’t mean your a bitch means you need to work harder on yourself. Just a reminder if your don’t have motivation you are enough and your life will get so much better when you start the gym

It's okay to feel that way. It's better to be different and unique than be the same with other people. You are beautiful inside and out no matter what you look like. For me, I love to be different than fit in with others because it makes me happy. If they stare at you, just ignore them because you are better than them. If they are hating, then it shows they have a sad life. You are not the problem, it's them. Just focus and love yourself because at the end of the day.. that is what matters most 🩷

What if you went so slowly that you only worked out once every century? You technically wouldn't have stopped by choice, but you would need another life to keep going. So then on a very technical basis, you could make next to zero progress following that philosophy.
