I'm assuming you mean the 5th event quest (Rose and Muskets: Afterword)? She's in the Fortress of Meropide, unfortunately, as far as I know, only directly accessible from the Fontaine Archon Quest. I do know there is a hole that can lead down into the Fortress, however, I was blocked by a barrier and I'm not sure if it's blocked off in general or it was quest related (I've finished most quests in Fontaine). It's worth a shot if you'd like to try, otherwise, the AQ is all I can think of.

Well, realistically speaking, Furina likely wouldn't sit as a formal figure as she no longer holds authority in fontaine, it would likely just be something where it's a chance occurrence; the one that's the longest shot is Ei since she's a recluse

@@beans1325 that’s true, she is really a normal civilian like the rest of fontainians so interactions like that between the archons and her would really just remain a fantasy. then again, i wonder what’ll happen at this next lantern rite update coming soon

Nahida or Furina?

He probably doesn't know about Rhukkadeveta, as that was the part erased, but the fact that Nahida got imprissioned for 500 years inside Sumeru Academy is still common knowledge

@kristophesiem5336 I was under the impression that when Rhukkadevata was erased, no one hated nahida and therefore there was no reason to imprison her, so that part of history was unknown now ans only recently was imprisoned because of the grand Sages plot.

@@xXMAPLEPROX Now history seems to be that the old sages still thought her diminished child form was useless, and so they locked her up for being of no use to Sumeru and took power for themselves, or whatever

neuvilliette is not bound by the forbidden knowledge of irminsul and its laws since his kind proceeds that of the primordial one. thus he could have more knowledge of things prior to the sumeru archon quest 🙃

When you want to bring the head of state of another country to trial forcibly, it implies that you aren't opposed to a war, which is the most likely outcome. We also don't know what exact power the "full authority of hydro" holds. Remember that powerful gods such as raiden and Zhongli achieved their greatest feats without a gnosis. Influence upon an element doesn't always directly translate to battle prowess

Yeah, I don't even see it as Neuvillette hating the Archons, though they've profited from stolen property, essentially. He never hated Furina. If he hates anything, it's what they stand for as allies of Celestia, who overturned the world and brought down the Sovereigns. But a trial is not a conviction. We've seen he is "unassailable" in his fairness. If the Archons deserve a judgment of innocent once he hears all the details, then that's the judgement they'll get.

I think they know in general that she saved them, but not about how. In the late part of the trial, Neuvillette pretty much proved his verdict about Funina being a human, fake archon is wrong. The Prophecy recognized the trial as Fontainian judged their God after all. Her quest after that showed Fontainian still called her as their Lady, only people in Poisson, Navia included, still need more time to accept Furina. They may think that if she saved them sooner, their friends and family would not die. Navia may have some ideas about Furina couldn't save Poisson even if she wants too, but it would still pretty hard for her to accept her retired God sacrifice. For 500 years, Furina repeatedly tell her citizens that they must not fear the prophecy, and their mighty God of Justice Focalors would judge even the Gods. And when the Judgment day come... She was right. A Narwhal destroyed the Opera house, A great flood washed the land, but the people and the nation survived, just like Furina claimed.

And your thought about Furina telling her citizens not to fear the prophecy does add a point in the eyes of Fontanians. Thanks for info

It still amazed me how much effort she spent on playing the Archon role... Her memory showed the moments she met with random citizens in private, asking about their family well-being. You may think that it was to show her kindness to her citizens. Nope, it was not just to show her cares, it was to show the Fontainian her ability as their Archon. When she cried during one of the memory, you may think that her bluff would not trick even a kid. But that lady and her family stayed loyal with Furina for 20 generations, as Ma'am Deoteria met her some 500 years ago. She surely "blessed" that family for 20 generation, even if she claimed that her tear is the blessing for their future success, that lady would praise her like she moved a mountain. On top of that... Just look at Fontaine, and then the other nations... She ruled the country better than most of the other Archon. Fontaine is well-developed, well maintained, and ruled by law, not the whim of a God. (Which was her mistake lol... Should add a law about not putting God of Justice on a trial) She played the role of an Archon better than a real Archon. And only some people who are either outsiders, working for outsiders, for some reason disappointed on her (Poisson people for an example), or very close to Furina, would be able to snap out of the illusion that she created. Fontaine Archon quest had so many layers, that even Neuvillette showed his inability to see the layers behind what he could see, and in the central of those layers are 2 most extreme characters that Genshin even introduced.

@@SanarySeggnete I do agree that she handled Fontaine better than other archons or should I say she player the role of archon better than others. I don't get what you meant by the layer part.

@@Pramit2000 I meant the whole quest had many layers of truth, the moment we believed that we get closer to the truth, something happened to prove that we are wrong. Furina for an example: Bratty Archon. -> Useless Archon who neglected her people -> She actually cares for her people, but still refused to let us save her nation -> She is just a Human, but she is trying to save people, somehow. -> She is actually is the Archon, but we let the Prophecy gave her the death sentence... we are screwed. -> Focalors created her, and she got cursed -> She is the strongest human alive, managed to trick the fate for 500 years. -> Majority of Fontainian respect her, even if she retired. -> I suddenly realize that they respected her because she was the perfect Archon. Same with Focalors, Neuvillette tried to guess her (and Furina) plan for years, still understand nothing till she told him. (And likely she didn't tell him everything.)

As far as he knows, they are steadfast allies of Celestia. The purpose of a trial is to find the truth. Remember, he worked with Furina for five centuries while thinking she was using his own stolen inheritance every day. He never hated her, and never even tried to take his Authority from her. The Archons will only be judged for _their own_ sins, whatever they may be.

I mean tbf.. we, the fandom, might know the lore but as it stands he himself doesn’t know their lore yet…😅 That’s why he still has to “judge” them - not necessarily meaning to apprehend them lol

I think it’s because its the deceiving the heavenly principle thing, maybe they still don’t know it yet. Because the news didn’t spread and only neuv and traveler knows. They are hiding it in a corner where the eyes of god can’t see.

@@ejime8280 it's said that he's the king of Adepti, not one of them (I mean, he could be, i just don't think it has been stated that he is). Also, he wouldn't retain his power over Mora as Celestia has taken the authority of the Sovereign Dragons. Only by destroying the Throne of the respective Archon, as Furina did with the Hidro one, can a Dragon reclaim his original role.

​@@ejime8280 I think you misunderstand the concept of authority. now, I'm not saying that Zhongli is The Geo Sovereign Dragon but let's pretend that he is, so that I could explain how it works. The Gnosis is what contains the authority of the dragon + the remains of 3rd descender. If Zhongli give his Gnosis away, it would mean he sacrifice his authority over Geo but he would still be the sovereign dragon. that's why Neuvilette is still a dragon despite him not having authority. thats why he's unable to do anything before he got his authority back. so Zhongli being dragon sovereign might not be a far-fetch theory but I dont buy it. however, I will buy the theory that Zhongli is one of the descender anyday. he knows about Irminsul manipulation, he's aware of traveler's true identity and even knew our sibling. he also knew Alice and he's way too strong for a god in genshin universe.

As much as I'd like to agree with your theory as it would've really been amazing, with the info we currently have regarding the power of ancient primordial dragons, I don't think Morax is one. Archons are capable of shapeshifting, the Exuvia was just one his many forms. Also, if he really was a sovereign, losing his Gnosis wouldn't have affected his ability to produce mora as Neuvillette is to pneumousia.
