Everybody likes to draw attention to Spectre Knight's locket but I just wanna point out how funny and adorable this ending is when you remove the context

I must say one of the best endings to a DLC of any game Ive ever played

I love this DLC, it had such a satisfying storyline. For me the order goes Plague of Shadows > Shovel Knight > Spectre of Torment > The one I haven't played

This is one of the best endings I’ve seen in any video game. The buildup, execution, and music are perfect. They even manage to made this side story somehow perfectly align with the main story. Yacht Club is absolutely brilliant.

Legit stayed on that The End screen for like, 5 minutes, on the verge of tears.

When I first played this I didn't think there would be a post credits scene so I was like "Brooooo they didn't dance"

The least plausible aspect of this entire game is that a woman would ever want a man that short.

Seeing Specter Knight curse in rage makes so much sense now that we know Shovel Knight essentially stole Luan’s locket.

So basically: Shovel and Shield: back at last Black and Polar: reunited and Polar probably gave Terrorpin back to Black Propeller: living the good life Tinker: making toys for children Mole: helping Plague Knight and villagers in excavations Spectre: Having a good time until he realised his locket wasn't in his room, now furious King : reduced to a janitor, his mom is probably with Pridemor. Wandering Travelers: still fighting, Baz left Plague Knight Oolong and the Troupples: just vibing Treasure: got all the stuff he stole taken back and fucking died in a bombing off screen. Bard: got his sheets back Cooper: idk he probably became friends with Propeller again. Cardia: died along with her planet, thanks King Knight. King Birder: idk Missy: probably became a troupple acolyte, no idea what happened to her next. Percy: became Manager of the Explodatorium and probably fucks the magicist Plague: teaches alchemy, fixes machines, creates clones, experiments, became friends with Propeller, Mole and Tinker, became rich from all the stuff he stole from Treasure and also got himself knighted by Pridemor. He's in a love relationship with Mona now Mona: the same with Plague Knight except for the being knighted part. When she is not with her fiancé, she hangs out in Specter Knight's home and does the bottle challenge at the parties there. Chester: Chester got himself killed during the Siege of Sarajevo in 1995. Rip Chester, you will be missed

Can we take a moment to appreciate that literally half of the Order decided to be Plague Knight's wingmen? They were all sick of the tension and decided to help.

You know what the best part of this is??? That the internet haven’t taken plague and mona’s relationship and made it weird. I think someone please check for me because I’m not ruining their relationship for myself by myself.

Question: how many of you want a treasure knight campaign??? Or one for tinker knight???

Let us appreciate that 5 members of the order helped make their first date an amazing one.

I like how after the events of plague of shadows and shovel of hope every knight shows reform, except King Knight, as much as I love that character, I guess he is truly, sadly, forever unredeemable.

OH WAIT... so that locket plague knight took from the lich yard, was THE LOCKET IN SPECTER OF TORMENT?? And that same locket was sold out to Chester and then Shovel Knight bought it and... It's used as invincibility... But what if plague knight never took it, would the cutscenes be different?

Plague Knighy is such a great character: he had a potion that could have made him so much powerful, but in the end it wasn't what he wanted. He just wanted Mona's love, which once he realized he always had it, he thrown away the potion in order fo destroy the tower. Other characters would have drunk the potion at his place because power it's quite what many greedy characters want (looking at you King Knight.... <_<).

The waltz at the end is called "The Final Note" if anyone wants to know.

Might be wrong but I’m pretty sure the clip from the mini boss theme that plays at 2:16 actually continues off where the mini boss theme ends when it plays in the original shovel knight ending.
