One question sir, I have seen in our court that neither plaintiff nor defendant files original documents along with plaint or written statement. Both party file original documents at the time of evidence stage. Our Civil Judge never raise any objection to this. Why?

As per my knowledge...In summary suit after summon for apperance is served to defendant ..within 10 days defendant have to file application of leave to defend
