How is the print quality compared to the Instax Wide Printer?

Great images! I like your style.

Was a little concerned it was a 16mm/28mm crop view, but if you think about that makes sense, as big photos should capture a big area--landscapes, city views, everyone in the room. Will be a definite buy but waiting a few months for the initial rush dies down.

SCAM!! I got mine early and it’s literally the printer with a shitty camera slapped on it. The pictures quality is shit with notable pixels on the physical photo no mater how high quality the photos you print are. DON’T BUY IT SERIOUSLY!!

Print quality/ colour rendition seems poor. Does it run on ink cartridges or emulsion base like the old Polaroids?

Hmm. Pricey for what it does, and looks clunky. At this pricepoint maybe opt for an older X-t or X100series.

Some photos would have been better without a model. The building with the pool would have been awesome with an ND filter longer exposure to get the water like glass.very cool place to shoot.

With the 55mm 1.7 it’s amazing. I didn’t get it to shoot fast. Files are ridiculous, but got the new Mac mini pro for it.

What’s the best lens adapter for the mamiya to Gfx?

This is almost exactly what I did. Picked up a 100S and since the GF lenses were out of my budget- looked into vintage. The first lens I bought was the Mamiya 80/1.9 "Dark Knight" lens and fell in love. It led me to pick up an actual Mamiya 645 film camera and more lenses.

Hi Taha, I've just found this video as like others I am hankering for a 50R, a big part for the XPan option. The main reason I have chosen to write this is that we have similar range of gear, I shoot with T5, E1 converted IR, and a couple of X100 an s & f. Glass 10-24, 16-55, 50-140 + 1.4 tc along with a number of Primes. My interest in the 50R comes from having an ETRS kit with 45mm. 75mm & 150mm, unfortunately very few users have much to say about shooting the 50R with legacy glass. So with the similarity in our kit I figure you could have some worthwhile information to share, a lot to do with the need to purchase an ETR - GF adapter first from the States before I would be able to try out for myself. I've been grappling between the 50R and the 50s ii, they're up for the same or similar prices at the moment and I really like the physical dials and aesthetics of the 50R but the processing and autofocus of the 50s ii seems like it could be game changing for shooting events and stuff like that

I have an X-Pro-2, so I know Fuji gear holds up over time. Been looking at the X-T4 as a second body. One in near perfect condition can be had for around $1K. The sensor is a significant improvement over my Pro-2, I really love the fully articulating LCD, and better build quality (IMHO) over the X-T5. It also has IBIS, which my Pro-2 lacks.

G’day from Niagara-on-the-Lake! Have this in my bag and now I have “downsized” to the X-T50 it’s a super light combo. For me the aperture isn’t an issue as I have IBIS plus the type of travel images I tend to take with it. Love the fact I can use a PL filter.

I'm selling my FF Sony stuff to go to a gfx50. After bringing some raw files into LR I'm sold. I'll keep a Sony apsc for my birds.

I love my GFX - a very different camera from the R5 (which I also had). It reminds me in many ways of the camera my father used to teach me photography, a 1930’s Voigtländer Bessa (portable 6x9cm bellows camera - that I still have and will use again once I have the leaky bellows replaced) & the output has the same feel. I have seen many comments that say, and it’s true, that it’s difficult / impossible to tell the difference between the final images from any high-end digital camera, but I can say that I take very different images with the GFX than any other digital camera I have owned, so it makes a difference to me. That, for me, justifies the (admittedly eye-watering) price. Thanks for the video, I totally agree with your analysis - not for everyone but an immensely rewarding camera to use.
