I assume the “no cleaning” refers to the object you want to scan, and not the airbrush itself

@@raz562 Please clean the airbrush with what’s recommended by the manufacturer. The object does not need to be cleaned, the white finish will evaporate through air movement. If you need it to evaporate faster, put it in front of a fan or outdoors.

If you need to capture color scans and you are trying to get rid of glare or reflections, then AESUB Transparent would be the 3D scanning spray to use. The other AESUB sprays create a matte white coating so you won't be able to capture the color of the object. Hope this helps!

You can turn on screen casting on the Leo, this simply shares the video feed to your PC. There is no way to scan directly into Artec Studio. In the Projects screen, tap Settings. Select the Network section. Turn on the Cast screen to browser toggle. Locate the scanner’s IP address that appears near the toggle. Open a web browser on another device. Type in the Leo’s IP address and confirm your entry. On Leo, start scanning or open a project.

We recommend starting with the default settings: Auto exposure and default FPS. For a smaller object like this, we limit the scan distance to 1 meter and turn on Base Removal.

You have a good eye! Thanks for catching that. Sometimes, our team scans the same object using different Artec 3D scanners so there might have been a mix up. We're not sure if we scanned it with the Artec Leo and mislabeled it as Artec Space Spider, or actually this was the Artec Space Spider scan data. Since it was 4 years ago, it's hard for us to find the answer. AESUB Blue shouldn't leave any residue as it is a sublimation spray. We've been using the spray for a while and from our experience it works well. Just to be safe, I would perform a quick test in a small hidden area just to make sure. We do sell sample trial sizes if you are interested in testing out the spray before buying a full can. We have a new AESUB 3D scanning spray called AESUB Transparent which should help you with your problem. The Artec Leo is good for scanning organic life, as long as the object is not transparent. So the slime might pose a challenge is it is transparent, as the 3D scanner is unable to scan transparent objects without adding surface treatment. You should be able to scan weed or barnacles without any issues. You can check out this fountain 3D model scanned with the Artec Leo where the bottom has organic life.

This statue was scanned at the highest resolution settings in HD mode on the Leo. But are you asking about the settings for rendering the mesh in Artec Studio?
