Laura Butcher Reallllly! Omg how cool. I’ve heard hula hoops are an amazing way to workout and you don’t notice the affect of it until the next day. Well I guess thats true haha. Ive got one at work so I’m going to give it a go.
Yeah this lady uses the weighted ones, it's something like 1.6KG so it gets pretty painful after a while haha hopefully it's doing something though! xx

I mean my skin still hates me, just not as much hahahaha (also the amount of crap I've been eating recently probably has something to do with that!) x
