Hi, I wanted to share my experience with Langley Credit Union Live Chat support regarding their online membership application process. I learned that applicants must upload a selfie during the online application. If you refuse to provide a selfie, you'll need to visit a branch in person to apply for membership. It seems Langley is implementing facial recognition as part of their application requirements for all applicants. This was surprising to me, and I wanted to highlight it for others considering applying online.
